We completed a purchase through RM&J recently. The team were absolutely professional from arranging viewing for us, assisting and alerting us with new properties on the market. But they went over and above on the day we were meant to complete and pick the keys. Close to an hour and half after office hours on a Friday, Harry agreed to meet at the premises of the new purchase and hand me a welcome pack and key to the property - he refused to take my dinner offer.
