I feel that we were given a 5* service by the team. This was our first move in 26 years and they guided us through the process with understanding and patience. We had quite a frustrating experience with the process but it was dealt with accordingly. The price was higher than some web based Estate agents but this was worth the extra cost. In the end Michelle was actually updating the person that we were buying from due to them not getting any information from his web based estate agent.
