This review is for Michelle at the Strood branch. She has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She always answers the phone, and if she says she is doing something, it gets done! We had buyers pull out, we lost a property and then bought another house! Michelle kept me grounded throughout and listened to me, advised us, and followed up with solicitors. She was amazing!
