Ah where do we start!!! From Callum showing us around the property to Tammy securing our offer being accepted. We’ve had nothing but an exceptional service from all of the staff in the branch! Michelle always kept us informed and even informed us on information our solicitor hadn’t been sharing so we were able to chase and always be aware of where we were with our purchase! If it wasn’t for all of the wonderful staff, Jade and Michelle particularly, purchasing our first home would not have been so easy!! Our purchase progressed within 8 weeks which was just amazing!! Big up all of the team at the Strood branch! So helpful, always able to speak/email when needed and just amazing! Can’t praise them enough. Thank you all xxx
