Kitija has been absolutely wonderful throughout our experience with Robinson Michael & Jackson. She kept us updated every step of the way regarding the property and was the person who let us know our offer had been accepted, which was such an exciting moment for us. She has always been so lovely, friendly, and approachable, making the whole process feel much less stressful.

I can’t recommend Kitija and the sales team at Robinson Michael and Jackson Strood branch enough! Excellent experience all round. Freddie who did the viewing was very good and knowledgeable. Kitija who has dealt with everything since has been superb. Excellent communication and really going the extra mile to make the process as smooth as possible which is hugely appreciated in what is an otherwise stressful experience.
