Nancy has been superb in her communication. Yes you can hear her smiling in my conversations with her. The information passed has been swift, concise and only what was needed to complete the task. Any other distraction from the job at hand was my doing 😂. I am looking forward to completing our purchase knowing Nancy and the team have our best interests at heart even though they are also working for the vendors. The two tasks are definitely not mutually exclusive. Happy vendor, happy purchaser. Thanks Nancy.
