Slow at times, fed same bullshit week after week, didnt do much unless prompted, my solicitor did more pushing than they did and ewe move charged me almost 4 x more than what I was paying her, was quite a painful process, once they received my fee from my solicitor I didn’t even receive a thank you or a pleasure doing business from them afterwards, not even a follow up call, they vanished and I never heard from them again, even a WhatsApp message would’ve been nice. Your just a number

Made an offer on a property and provided proof of funds. Waited all weekend and Monday and Tuesday for a reply, this didn't happen. Rang the office and spoke to Damian who told me the property was now SSTC. Thanks Ewemove for your ignorance … More

A lot of reviews on here are from a sellers point of view - this is from a buyers. If you're thinking of buying a home and it's listed with Ewe Move, I highly suggest looking elsewhere (if you can) as they are the worst company i've ever had to deal with. They made the whole process of buying a first home far more stressful than it needed to be. We endured months of poor communication, constant shifting of goalposts and basically dealing with idiots from start to end. I will never buy a home listed by Ewe Move again - if you are reading this and it's your only option, get a good solicitor (VE White were great for us) as it's the only thing that prevented me from completely losing my mind.

Thank you John for pointing us in direction of an Alexandra Grace law Solicitors now gone bankrupt. Was also far from happy trying to sell a second property with yourself after messing us about for a month with someone who couldn’t afford our property Also far from happy with your attitude when taking our property off the market Ewe move are the worst

We ended our relationship with Alexandra Grace Law long ago, and I wasn't aware that their business had closed. In regards to the sale of your second property, the buyer was unable to proceed due to the surveyor's report, which was explained at the time. I'm sorry that you weren't happy with my attitude when you took your property off the market in May 2022, it's always disappointing when we're not able to help our customers especially when I felt we had built up a strong relationship. If this disappointment came across in our communications it was only because I wanted the best for you and I really care about the people we work with. There are no hard feelings on our end and the door is always open should you & Emma require any advice or help should you decide to move again. Best wishes, John

Unfortunately despite the slew of positive reviews, we found our experience with Jack Rumble from Ewemove in Strood absolutely horrendous. He left us standing outside the property whilst he texted in his car, failed to introduce himself properly, couldn't answer any basic questions about the property (including how old the boiler was). Despite this it was in our dream location so we made an offer, only to be bombarded with abrupt phonecalls for 2 weeks whilst we found a buyer for our home. Jack even went as far as to phone my estate agent and start bombarding them to verify my story that we had an offer on ours. He is abrupt to the point of rudeness, absolutely devoid of warmth and friendliness and also lied to us several times during the process of dealing with him. I phoned to address my concerns with his manager, who didn't seem to particularly care, and am still awaiting details to the formal complaints procedure I can follow. I imagine if you're a seller, the bully boy tactics really get quick sales. But if you're a buyer, the process is horrific. We lost out on our dream house due to his conniving and dishonest strategies, but the upside is not dealing with Jack anymore.

Avoid Jack Rumble

Absolutely agree with the other review regarding Jack Rumble.If you are a seller, I imagine his tactics are fantastic as he is absolutely ruthless. But as a buyer, he made our experience stressful and needlessly traumatic.He couldn't answer any basic questions about the property including how old the boiler was, lied to us about how long it had been up on the market, and bombarded me with phonecalls for several weeks whilst we were trying to sell our own property. He is evasive, blunt to the point of rudeness and extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately we lost out on our dream house due to his underhand tactics, but the only positive is not having to deal with him further.

The worst experience .

Absolutely horrendous service . We were very unfortunate to deal with Jack Rumble who is not only very slow at responding but also rude , unprofessional and found to not be telling the truth. The office would not book any appointments , despite being told Jack Rumble is not responding ( 2 days later ). He cancelled the appointment for viewing due to the vendors being unwell ( fair enough) but he lied about property not having any viewings prior to vendor being ill with covid . 4 days later , miracle happened and Jack remembered they had previous viewings. He is the most unprofessional agent we ever had to deal with and the reviews on google are hardly genuine as I cant see how with their operating politics and lack of management in place they can actually get good feedbacks! Stay away especially if you are unfortunate to deal with Mr Rumble!
