Kaybridge were very helpful, informative and personable through the sale process of our house. They also helped find our next home which is currently under offer, so had the pleasure of their services on both sides. In both regards Kevin and Richard have been understanding of our personal situation, open and realistic about expectation and with regards to the sale managed to obtain an offer very close to the asking price. They managed the communication between the various parties well and effectively. Overall very happy with their service and I wish them every continued success.

A great experience for us. Kaybridge Residential got us the best result, during the stressful/tricky time of coronavirus, and were enjoyable to work with. Do get multiple valuations - I would advise caution with other estate agents in the area overvaluing, or promising a quick sale and simultaneously undervaluing your home. Kaybridge sold our home in just a week, but for £30K more than what the Prominent Agent in the area valued us at. We felt Kevin and his team knew the local market really well, were extremely relateable, built great trust with buyers, and absolutely worked their socks off to get our house sale to completion.
