A great experience for us. Kaybridge Residential got us the best result, during the stressful/tricky time of coronavirus, and were enjoyable to work with. Do get multiple valuations - I would advise caution with other estate agents in the area overvaluing, or promising a quick sale and simultaneously undervaluing your home. Kaybridge sold our home in just a week, but for £30K more than what the Prominent Agent in the area valued us at. We felt Kevin and his team knew the local market really well, were extremely relateable, built great trust with buyers, and absolutely worked their socks off to get our house sale to completion. We feel we've had great value.
