Just recently completed on our sale, with Kaybridge as the estate agents. Richard and Kevin did an absolutely brilliant job, and were thorough and responsive throughout. My wife and I both found the team really easy to get hold of, very friendly, and a pleasure to interact with. Richard and Kevin were happy to chase solicitors and other estate agents frequently, and gave good advice and support throughout. Genuinely had absolutely no complaints, and were really happy with the service provided at a good fee.

We decided to sell our house in mid September 2020 and spoke to a couple of local estate agents. We proceeded with Kaybridge because they provided an honest valuation of our property, were clear about realistic timescales for the sale and offered a nice personal approach. In my experience this is rare with estate agents who often tell their customers what they want to hear to get them to sign up. Once signed up you never hear from them unless it is to advise you to knock money off the asking price to move the sale. The service we received was excellent, speedy listing, open day and sale. We were kept in the loop with weekly updates from Kevin & Artur and when we called we were called back straightaway to answer any questions. This meant I was 100% confident in them best representing me and our sale. We have now sold our property within 10 weeks during a pandemic. I have been very impressed with Kaybridge as an organisation having dealt with various members of the team. Coming from a bad experience with another agent, I spoke to Kevin and he was completely honest, transparent and I could tell he really cared and wanted to get the best for me, unlike my previous agent. He also provided me with advice even knowing that it may not benefit him in the end. I ended up not selling my property but rented it instead, and so far Arturs and the rest of the team have been professional, attentive and timely in securing a tenant and keeping me abreast of the process and all related costs so that there were no surprises. When I eventually decide to put the house on the sale market again, I will not be looking anywhere else. And if anybody asks me who they should sell their property, my answer will be Kaybridge!!!
