Recently sold a property will Belvoir. The sales pack was first class (by Tom). Once the property sold, Cheryl did a fantastic job, regularly chasing solicitors - I got more updates from Cheryl than I did from my the solicitors. Very professional and offered a great service. My only gripe, I went with the solicitors recommended by Belvoir and felt they damaged the experience, leaving Cheryl and Belvoir filling the gap.
