I live some distance away from the properties Belvoir manage for me and am therefore reliant on their 8information as visits to the properties have not been possible during the pandemic. I have found their responses to any queries I have together with highlighting any issues I should be aware of ,prompt and professional

The Belvoir Staff are brilliant! They make you feel really valued as a customer and comfortable. The whole process of moving home is hard as anyone knows but the staff at Belvoir are always kind, helpful and make it so much easier. They are lovely. Thankyou Belvoir!

Re: 3 Chillington Way, Norton Heights I would like to express my huge thanks to Ramona and her team at Belvoir Stoke on Trent, for finding a buyer for my house. When my daughter moved into her first home and after spending several days helping out, we decided the open plan layout was something I missed in my current home. So, then COVID-19 pandemic struck, and we thought that is it but through speaking to Ramona, who advised us when the best time to sell would be. During June, when the rules changed and face to face viewings were back allowed, we did it and ???put the house on the market???. After several viewings, we gained a lot of positive feedback, we even had a few minor domestics along the way with potential buyers (wife yes and husband no or vica versa), it became apparent that leasehold properties are not as desirable as they were when we bought it. Ramona was on hand to come up with a strategy which we followed. Ramona went above and beyond with a potential buyer who last minute decided leasehold was not for him. Ramona had a very honest and in-depth discussion about leasehold and said nothing to loose just view the property. The next day we received two offers and we even got a slightly higher price. Ramona and her team are very knowledgeable, professional, experienced and nothing is too much trouble for them. They kept us up to date all the way through the sale and even recommend a great solicitor who specialised in the type of property we decided to buy. If it wasn???t for Ramona going the extra mile by spending nearly an hour on the phone discussing our buyers??? options and Belvoir???s team doing what they do best, we wouldn???t have moved and having now achieved a better enjoyable lifestyle we are now experiencing. I will always sing your praises and recommend your services to anybody wanting to move house and I would not hesitate in passing referrals to you going forward.
