Good customer service

Hanley staff have gone above and beyond to help us secure a new home to rent after being badly let down by another estate agent. Highly recommend them, lovely team! Update just over eight years later and eight years of being tenants with Belvoir, and I would still highly recommend them. They allowed us to make the house our home and other than the necessary inspections they had to do, we were rarely made to feel like just tenants. Repairs were seen to quickly and the team, especially Josie, were always helpful and friendly. We've been fortunate enough to be able to buy a house again but would have happily continued with Belvoir if that hadn't been an option for us. My only constructive feedback might be to suggest an option on the phone for tenants to be able to call in when an email or fault reporting system is less appropriate, but that's only a minor thing overall. Thank you again for the last eight years!
