I went in just to ask about being added to a mailing list for available properties, and left feeling so secure in my options and how I could move forwards! I spoke to Will and he was super friendly and helpful, definitely put any of my concerns at ease and talked me through everything in a really personal yet efficient way :) Probably the best experience I've had at any estate agents!

Lovely experience with sales negotiator Lynn, who helped get a good price for my house and made the whole process smooth. She kept in regular contact with me, and liaised well between me and the buyer. I had several valuations, and all came up with the same number that they believed I could realistically achieve, although varied on what they thought I should market it as to begin with. I chose Martin & Co after searching to see which estate agent sold most houses like mine in the area, and sure enough they helped me get that exact number, even during a difficult winter period.
