I spoke to Will and he was super friendly and helpful, definitely put any of my concerns at ease and talked me through everything in a really personal yet efficient way :) Probably the best experience I've had at any estate agents!

As landlords of a single property we cannot fault the service we have rcvd from Martin and Co. The communication has been faultless and the team are extremely helpful. After a recent change of tenants we were extremely impressed with the in-depth exit inventory and the process with getting a new tenant in position, meaning the house was only empty for 10 days.
