Communication is not particularly good. When you call the office and ask for certain members of staff takes an age to get a reply and even from emails including the owner does not respond. Steve is good and on the ball in locating Tennants can't say the maintenance team has been helpful when damage is caused to property and even though I am paying for a managed service I find I'm doing most of the organisation myself. The good side is the fees are lower than competitor Northwood although their communication and organisation is much better perhaps this is the reason

I found a very nice apartment with them and lived there for 2 years. Although we really enjoyed the apartment but the few times we called for any issue, it was a long delays. There is no one focal person who is dealing with situation and you have to explain the story every single time. Moreover, also found them rude especially if you are raising concerns of any sort and there is a good chance that you will get different information from different people.
