I live 2 hours away from Stoke on trent and as a landlord that likes to takes their duty of care seriously, I am grateful that I chose to use NHs, I am duly informed of any issues and this often comes with a resolution. Therefore I know they are on the case so I can have peace of mind. I get better service from the team there then I do from other agencies where I pay a premium for a supposedly no nonsense service. They give great advice and I wouldn't have even bought the property without their consultation. Much appreciated. Keep up the good work! Chris has been fantastic. The sale of my property was an absolute nightmare for a number of reasons, none to do with the Estate Agents I might add. In total the sale took 18 months and the buyer was considering pulling out a number of times. Chris managed the whole situation with calmness, professionalism, tenacity and a great deal of patience. Chris has been on top of the situation over the whole time the sale took and was able to offer sound advice when it was needed. It is highly unlikely the sale would have actually gone through had it not been for Chris's time and effort. I cannot speak for everyone at Nicholas Humphreys Estate Agents, but if they are half as good as Chris, I would recommend the estate agents to everyone.
