Chris has been fantastic. The sale of my property was an absolute nightmare for a number of reasons, none to do with the Estate Agents I might add. In total the sale took 18 months and the buyer was considering pulling out a number of times. Chris managed the whole situation with calmness, professionalism, tenacity and a great deal of patience. Chris has been on top of the situation over the whole time the sale took and was able to offer sound advice when it was needed. It is highly unlikely the sale would have actually gone through had it not been for Chris's time and effort. I cannot speak for everyone at Nicholas Humphreys Estate Agents, but if they are half as good as Chris, I would recommend the estate agents to everyone.
