The best service at the best price! I live 2 hours away from Stoke on trent and as a landlord that likes to takes their duty of care seriously, I am grateful that I chose to use NHs, I am duly informed of any issues and this often comes with a resolution. Therefore I know they are on the case so I can have peace of mind. I get better service from the team there then I do from other agencies where I pay a premium for a supposedly no nonsense service. They give great advice and I wouldn't have even bought the property without their consultation. Much appreciated. Keep up the good work! Also, on a specific issue where the neighbours roof collapsed that affected and condemned my property, I had updates, visits, advice and general tenant advice and was very happy with the way it was dealt with.
