We found all Redbrik staff, from first contact until after completion, very professional, competent and supportive. We were particularly impressed that the photographer came back to take outdoor pictures, following a very wet day originally. They handled the viewings for us seamlessly and feel their methods contributed to our quick sale whilst not being intrusive. I can’t recommend Redbrik enough they really know there stuff when it comes to selling houses, there were many of times I would communicate with Hannah our valuer on email out of hours, Emily the sales manager was a great help too dealing with any requests promptly. We moved our property over to them after having it with a local small independent estate agent for several weeks with no luck. Feeling the property just needed to be marketed better Redbrik came up trumps on that the photos were great, sponsored adverts the works which led to an offer within a couple of weeks.
