We had the Stamp Duty holiday deadline looming and Claire, Stacey and the team were instrumental in ensuring that we met the deadline, saving us £thousands in tax. She not only advised me about offers on my own property but also made suggestions as to how and what I should offer on my proposed purchase, even negotiating on my behalf when I was too anxious to do it myself.
