Cannot praise P&B highly enough. Particular praise to Colin, Warlingham Branch Mgr and to June who went the extra mile and were fantastic throughout. They were on top of things from the get go and stayed with it to the very end. They gave us some great advice about how to best market our property that quickly resulted in loads of excellent offers that in turn resulted in a sale that is now successfully completed.

I can't recommend Park and Bailey Warlingham enough! After a few failed offers Claire and Colin suggested a few other places and BINGO my partner and I found out first home! June also worked endlessly to get the purchase over the finishing line and was always only a phone call away!
