AVOID AVOID AVOID. no contact from landlord. Left us with no heating & electric so were forced to move out. Doors were faulty due to us moving in, got locked in and were forced to take door down (we put it back up). We left property clean, tidy and cleaned carpets to a higher standard to what they were received in! Instead of waiting for keys to be handed in n a couple of days they’d already changed the locks for inconvenience. These thieves are now trying to bill us for £750 worth of damage. Good luck getting that out of a pregnant woman. Disgusting service and communication.

Worst Bunch of so called "landlords" I've ever had, don't care about tenants at all. No organisation, wish I could give them 0 stars, how they have an estate agency license is beyond me.

I wish I could give these people zero stars.... Never answer their phones. Only get the voicemail if you call between 9:3-2pm (but no one answers) however their opening times are 9:30-5pm but they always seem to leave at 2pm.... You can't even leave a voicemail after 2pm so if you have an emergency you need to call the next day to leave a voicemail and hope someone gets back to you. They never reply to emails. Honestly don't know how their business is running with such terrible customer service. Seriously considering finding a new flat to avoid having to try (helplessly) to interact with these people....

These people are not only bad landlords but also thieves: Refused to fix our oven (among other things) for a good month and half and risked a serious fire to the property (as the oven could not be turned off). Accused us of using narcotics because they smelled incense. Stole 600 pounds of rent paid in advance from our deposit claiming that there was insufficient evidence that the rent was paid in advance. Worst landlords to work with and disgusting thieves.

I have no idea how these people managed to get such a high rating. My flat had such problems with them since we moved in. We complained over and over again about things broken around the flat and nothing got done! Called them so many times, never heard anything back from them. Emailed & never heard anything back. If Belvoir can be avoided, for your own sanity, avoid them!!

This company is poorly organised and their administration is very slow . I have experienced many problems during the last few years dealing with then.
