Doors were faulty due to us moving in, got locked in and were forced to take door down (we put it back up). We left property clean, tidy and cleaned carpets to a higher standard to what they were received in! Instead of waiting for keys to be handed in n a couple of days they’d already changed the locks for inconvenience. These thieves are now trying to bill us for £750 worth of damage. Good luck getting that out of a pregnant woman. Disgusting service and communication.
