First class service
I sold and we purchased through Mather Marshall and was blown away by the service we received throughout our whole experience. Totally professional and helpful when called upon and always kept up to date with any changes or just a call to touch base. We would highly recommend using Mather Marshall to anyone, they won't let you down and help take the pressure off buying and selling.

Purchase of 27 Whitehorse Lane Stevenage
James was very good at keeping us informed of what was going on. He also explained things clearly and concisely. He was very helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. Very proactive and I am sure much of his hard work went towards making this purchase a smooth and easy process.

Friendly and efficient
The team that we dealt with were all very helpful and efficient at their jobs! They were really on the ball and help us get our sale all completed in 6 weeks! Every time we spoke to them they knew all details of the job and answers to all questions. Would definitely use them in the future!

First class service....
I mainly dealt with James Bickers, who I always found to be extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If I rang the office and he wasn't there he would always return my call. I would recommend Mather Marshall to anyone who wants a stress free moving experience....

Service so Far with Tracey Plenty @ Mather Marshall
I just wanted leave a review about Mather Marshall, specifically Tracey Plenty who showed my round the property, I have been looking for a property for about 6 months and have had some very bad experiences with certain agents where I felt like they were providing me with minimal information and did certainly did not compare to the level of courtesy that Tracey showed. Tracey has such a welcoming lovely personality which was recognised as soon I began talking to her, any questions I had about the property were answered fully and she even gave me further information about the local area and transport which was very useful as it was the first day I had been looking at properties in Stevenage. I feel she is very genuine and that she really wanted to help me buy my first property. All in all I just wanted to say that with her empathetic and caring nature she has made me very happy and has also gone out of her way (e.g. today on her day off) to provide me further information I needed. I hope that her level of service is recognised as I'm sure many others in my situation will have noticed the difference between her and other agents they have come across! Davina
