Excellent Customer Service
I have been looking for a property and been shocked by the awful 'beside' manner of some of the letting agents. Thankfully after finding a property I liked through Mather Marshall the process has been hassle-free. Louise at the branch has been efficient and the level of service she has provided has been fantastic - even with a smile, nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you Louise and Mather Marshall.

Outstanding Service
We sold our property within a week, and their pictures and marketing were excellent. Arrangement of viewings was smooth, and the feedback provided very good. Barry in particular was extremely helpful. He was always available when we needed him (even on his day off!) and he went well over and above his remit to help us with our purchase also, which I would never have expected. Our purchase through a different estate agent became very complicated, and he helped manage the chain through to completion giving us excellent advice throughout the process. He is clearly very experienced and an asset to his company. We used their recommended solicitor and mortgage broker, and were very pleased with these services too. It helped greatly later on that Barry was able to leverage his working relationship with these parties to make the process even smoother. Overall very impressive, and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Very supportive
Most people find this whole affair pretty stressful. This was the case for us too. Whenever we were unsure of our next move, we found there was always someone at the office who would talk us through our problems, explain the situation or make calls for us. We found all the staff at Mather Marshalls extremely helpful, friendly and supportive..

Excellent service, highly recommended
I chose Mather Marshall to sell my late mother's house because they were the most helpful and approachable of the three agents I contacted to value the house for probate. The house was sold within a week for the asking price, and while the sale was going through I was always kept informed promptly about any developments. Thanks to Tracey and Linda for their professional, efficient and friendly service.

very happy with the service
i was planning on getting 3 valuations but as soon as Barry gave us his ideas we were convinced to allow him an opportunity to sell our property. we were not disappointed. although plan A didn't work as hoped, very soon we were successful in achieving our target price. we were kept fully updated by all the staff who were professional, friendly and approachable. they took care of everything.

Best estate agents !
From the first viewing, right up to getting the keys, Mather Marshall were outstanding in their customer service. Consistently going over and above to help, they were the shinin light in a stressful time. I dealt predominately with Tracey Plenty who still helps with queries a month after we moved in. If Tracey wasn't around, anyone of the guys in the office proved just as helpful, including one of the owners who was more than happy to dive in. Couldn't recommend these guys enough

Friendly and very professional
Mather Marshall sold my house earlier this year. I had several agency's come round to value and discuss selling my house but preferred their approach and felt they would represent my house in the best way. To start they came round to have a look but also to have a chat about what I wanted as a seller. After discussing what they though the house was worth they also advised me on the approach they would take which suited my needs down to the ground. Though out the process they kept me informed and up to date. I would highly recommend them and in the even that I do move again ( fingers crossed I won;t have to deal with that stress again) I would use them again.
