For Sale for one week then boom...Sold!

When I was thinking of selling my property I decided to have 2 estate agents over, the first was Barry from Mather Marshall in Stevenage, he was friendly, I didn’t feel pressured but felt a great sense of trust in this company! The second agent came over and this was the opposite feeling! Mather Marshall set up two viewings on one day, I left it to them to show my viewers around as I thought I’d under sell my property and they were the experts right! Well they certainly were because one viewer put her offer in and there was no looking back! I had lived at my property for 23years and obviously a novice when it came to moving, I would have a question, I’d email the office and would get a reply straight away or a friendly phone call to put my mind at ease. I am now settled in to my new home and would most certainly recommend Mather Marshall to everyone! They are simply the best!
