My swap from an online agent to a real one

So it started with purchasing the property through Mather Marshalls Stevenage Old Town, to then selling the property on 10 months later due to upsizing. We purchased our new home through Purple Bricks, so thought it was easy enough we'll sell with them too. The biggest waste of £1200 i've ever spent. Unless you're selling something that appeals to the whole market and in high demand this platform isn't going to work. The "agent" takes your money and then you have all the control. We decided to go with Mather Marshalls, they were on a mission from day 1. Selling the property once for us, unfortunately falling through and then selling again a couple of weeks later still for a great price. The guys couldn't do enough for us. We are so happy with the professionalism and proactive approuch they all have. We would 100% recommend them to anyone. Fantastic service
