Him and the team at the branch are very friendly and do understand that even though the place we rent is not ours, it is our home. Their approach to situations is systematic yet polite. Not only would I recommend them to tenants but also to new landlords, cos if they can keep a tenant happy you'd bet they can keep a landlord very happy!

Natalie and all the team at the Branch were helpful and provided sound advice throughout the process. Natalie was proactive and in touch throughout to ensure that the sale went through. What we appreciated was that they took our requestes with regards to the viewings into consideration and when an offer came they had a sensible and realistic approach to ensure that the buyers expectations and our expectations were realistically met to ensure a successful outcome.

We have been searching for a property to rent for months and have dealt with agents from many different companies. There have been situations where agents never returned our call, or booked us for a viewing but didn't turn up (!), or kept pushing properties to us that were beyond our budget. We finally managed to acquire one with the help of Tommy from the Stanmore branch of Ellis.This being the first time we have rented a property in the UK, he has been very helpful and patient with our million-and-one questions, he did not rush us about with the viewings, he was very prompt with replying our emails, and we could reach him even in the evenings and over the weekend. We are more than satisfied with the level of professionalism and efficiency that Tommy has provided.

We had a very good experience with Ellis and Co. The process of our offer and acceptance was quick and it was always pleasant dealing with Natalie. We arranged several viewings with builders and family members and the agents were always accommodating. We asked many questions about the property and a piece of land adjoining the property and Natalie always responded promptly with answers from the vendor.
