Great agency
I've been very pleased with the customer service at Newton Fallowell. Everyone I have spoken to or has dealt with anything I've needed, has always been very professional, friendly and made me feel like nothing is too much trouble. Kate especially has been very helpful and efficient with getting myself and my family moved into our new home. Thank you to all of you.

Excellent service - Professional and Personal!
I cannot recommend Newton Fallowell enough, the service we received from the first phone call was impeccable. We dealt with Zoe throughout our search for a house and she was truly incredible. She was willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, as well as representing our specific interests during the negotiation period. She made the entire process as stress free and simple as possible, which was greatly appreciated.

Efficient, effective and courteous service throughout the sale.
Always reliable and they communicated very well. The photos looked really good and so the property was well presented on Rightmove and on Newton Fallowell website. They gave good advice at every stage and gave a personal but still professional service. I am very pleased to have chosen them to market my property.

Kate Underwood at Newton Fallowell is excellent
Kate has been professional, kind, patient, hard working and communicative throughout the process. She was so patient when I was late to the viewing after a 5 hour journey. Another property I was going to rent fell through last minute which was very stressful. Kate dived into action after hours and immediately started the process on the property she showed me. Without this I would have been worrying all evening as my move is time critical for work and it is a long way to relocate. She was patient, kind and communicated with me regularly getting straight back to me on anything I asked. I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone.

Very helpful all the way through
I recommend the Newton Fallowell Stamford branch, I recently bought a property through them and they were very helpful all the way through the process. Ainsley made sure I was kept up to date on progress and when things were going a little slowly he did all he could to push the process along a bit.

Teamwork and communication working together.
Newton fallowell made selling our three houses as easy as reading a book. Starting with the chapters (interductry folder) and as the chapters unfolded the ups and downs of the sales wasn't at all easy as they had an elderly customer that is email friendly but hard of hearing luck early a wiz with modern texting.as we are selling houses for her and her sister at the same time,testing time for the team at Newton as a large family was behind her all the time.giving loving support . Yes as the time goes by and as a customer feels things are not happening.Newton team txt and emailed mum and I with every detail needed to comfort us .My brother also sold his house placing all three houses sold virtually all together.with so many aspects to selling homes Newton fallowell finished our book with a great finishing chapter.All sold no disappointment. Who knows there may be a sequel. Many Thanks . T.Duff
