An Estate agent but not an Estate Agent!
Jason and his team really did dispel the myth of the stereotypical Estate Agent! Nothing was too much trouble. They gave us honest feedback and helpful advice in selling our home. We found them to be a hard working and professional team with such a friendly approach means Newton Fallowell would be our no.1 choice when, and if we come to sell again.

Excellent, committed service, with a friendly approach
From the initial meeting on selling the house we liked the approach and the people. Straight talking, clear and a very personal service. Throughout, the process nothing was to big or to small and we always kept updated at all times. The advice they give is good and fair, the marketing on the house was spot on and as a result we sold our house quickly and efficiently in a area that could be quite a slow market. For us it was the communication, commitment and the dedication they have to you as a client. They work as a team and you really feel that benefit. It did not matter who you spoke with, they were all appraised and able to help. So for us when selling you felt you had a whole team behind you to help sell it. Overall an excellent service

Proffessional, Responsive. Proactive, Realistic & Successful
Newton Fallowell were extremely good at keeping me informed throughout the sale process, providing excellent feedback of all viewings. They were successful in selling 4 properties in a very short period of time. Not always achieving the asking price but always achieving an acceptable price. They maintained good contact with Buyers and they were quick to resolve any queries or issues that may have arisen between me and the Buyer. Would definitely use them again and would recommend as the best in Stamford for mid market housing, which I believe is their speciality.

First class service
Jason and his team were fantastic in the selling and buying of our properties. From the moment my husband and I met Jason we were given a professional and friendly service. Newton Fallowell worked hard for us to sell our properties and had what we were looking to purchase in mind which resulted in us buying our dream home. Robert and Ainsley kept in touch with how our viewings were progressing and within ten days had had offers on both of our houses. Any queries we had were answered quickly and proficiently and they made the whole process of moving as stress free as they could. We would highly recommend Newton Fallowell and would definitely use them again. Thank you to the whole team.

Stressful time made stress free by Newton Fallowell staff
We had to sell two properties and we had a number of estate agents round to value the properties. Robert at Newton Fallowell was friendly, professional and seemed to speak in a clear and knowledgeable way about the local housing market. He didn't use any jargon or promise us the earth- instead he said that if we employed them, they would do a professional and thorough job on our behalf. This was indeed the case from start to finish. We were introduced to the entire team and was dealt with efficiently and courteously every time and by each member of staff. This was despite numerous telephone calls and emails from us as we enlisted Newton Fallowell's help to see us through some problematic areas. I never once felt as though I was a problem or an inconvenience and always felt reassured. Viewings were accompanied if we so wished and were always followed up by feedback. We were fortunate as our properties sold fairly quickly with one achieving the full asking price and one just below- an outcome we were delighted with. During the conveyancing process Newton Fallowell continued to assist us and were proactive in this regard. On completion day we spoke to a number of the team members and they were clearly delighted for us. An excellent service from start to fnish and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Newton Fallowell in Stamford.

I'd only ever sell with Newton Fallowell
Newton Fallowell in Stamford sold out home in November 2015, we were fortunate enough to buy through them too. From the get go, the team managed our transactions with nothing but seamless hard work. Selling your house does come at an expense but I feel we had a sound return on our investment with them and found their rates very competitive. They were honest, assertive and we found them so personable. All the staff we dealt with remember us and make time to say hello if they see us. Strongly recommended and always great to see their many "sold" signs up in the area. 10/10

An Enthusiastic and Hardworking Team
We have just finished selling our complete portfolio of 15 residential buy-to-let properties through Newton Fallowell's Stamford office. This has not proved to be the easiest of tasks, either for them or for us, but their willingness to go the extra mile has not flagged over the 15 months we have worked together on this project. No doubt they are as glad as we are that the project is now finished, and we can all look back on a job well done.

Buying a house from Newton Fallowell
As a buyer I felt bullied from the beginning to the end of the sale. The buying experience was very negative, they were very unsupportive to the buyer although the seller never kept his word, was disgustingly dirty and lied throughout the process. As a buyer I could not recommend them.

I would never use this Estate Agent Again!!!
Very poor service! I didn't even hear from them once the house was sold. They called once the matter had exchanged because they wanted paying! Save your money and use an online agent - at least with them you get what you pay for!
