My experience with The Frost Partnership in Staines over a period of 5 years was great. They dealt with the purchase, tenancy and sale of my house with professionalism, efficiency and dedication. The team at Staines kept me informed at all stages of the process and were always willing to answer my questions resulting in a stress-free purchase and sale. They were reliable, friendly and informative. They seemed to work well together as a team, with appropriate backups in place and so I was never left without a contact person. I really appreciate the advice and support Frost provided me with during this time - especially as towards the end, the communication was almost daily! A special thanks to Andy Thomson who was my main contact and managed to negotiate a higher selling price for me. He was extremely patient and very helpful, he even tried to find a home for my white goods! I've recently bought a house through frost in Chesham. And from start to finish it was very professional, Gemma was the agent I bought the house through and was amazing. Amazing service

Andy Thomson provided best possible help for buying property. He always kept me informed about progress and provided helping hand whenever I required. He also helped even though it was out of his job specs. It was impressive start when he offered to pick me up from another location and also dropped to station where I can get easy public transport as I was not having my own vehicle. This helping hand continued until buying process was complete. I would like to really thank Andy for his help.

Sale of 22 George Street & Purchase of 37 Sidney Road

The sale of 22 George Street was exceptional. From the suggested strategy of providing an Open House to the completion of the sale, in my view was considered a great success. Outcome of the Open House resulted in 3 offers within 3 days at almost asking price from which one of them was accepted. Throughout the process from the offer to completion, I was constantly updated regarding the buyer's situation. The agent was also able to influence the buyer to select a solicitor who would work well with my solicitor which helped immensely to iron out any particular items. The purchase of 37 Sidney Road was also a very successful one based on a more challenging situation. As this was the first property I was purchasing on behalf of my limited company, the time it took to ensure a mortgage was longer than normal. Again the agent was very good in handling this situation with the vendor who was patient enough to wait for the positive outcome. Again the agent was updating all parties during the process keeping us all in the loop. I would like to highlight a specific person who was responsible for the success of both transactions. His name is Mr. Jamie King (Manager of Staines Branch) who has shown great professionalism, extra care for both myself and purchase/seller and is continuously looking for solutions to achieve a positive outcome from all interested parties.
