The Frost branch in Burnham were excellent in all aspects when they sold our house. They were very professional and their communication skills were first class at all times. All my calls and Emails were answered on the same day and they gave a very personal service. I would recommend them to anymore looking to sell their house in the Burnham/Taplow area, as they are not a poor telesales office, unlike most of the other estate agents who we sadly had to deal with. Great, reliable and very informative

During the sell and purchase of my properties James, Cheryl and Sophie helped me successfully purchase my new property although it was through another estate agent and quickly sell my property I was moving from. They were all very patient, very flexible, and super quick to respond to any of my questions and/or concerns. Although there were some delays which was no fault of any of those mentioned above I was made to feel at ease and was constantly kept informed throughout the process. I genuinely feel that James, Cheryl and Sophie at the Frost Partnership in Staines exceeded my expectations and went completely out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with the whole move. Great service thanks to Cheryl Slark I purchased through Frost Estate agents in Staines. Cheryl was very proactive from start to finish and was a great mediator between all parties. This proved so helpful in progressing things when solicitor and vendor needed encouragement to be more responsive. My solicitors were also very complimentary on the hard work Cheryl put in.
