I found the whole team of Frost - Staines who looked after the sale of our house very helpful and dedicated to understanding our needs, scheduling viewings and tuning their sales pitch accordingly. They were very helpful in presenting to us the market conditions and discussing our options in general as well as with respect to particular prospective buyers. These are challenging times in the housing market (at least for sellers in the South-East) and the process of buying and selling is complicated enough for problems to arise in the smoothest of transactions. Excellent, professional service - highly recommended

As a buyer, I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by Frost Partnership in Staines. I was in communication with Jamie, Andy and the team during the house buying process, which was not the most straight forward - lasting nearly a year and encompassing offers on two properties! There were many complexities including a breakdown in the chain but these were handled very well by Frost. I was kept up to date with developments over phone, email and text. Frost were professional at all times and did a good job managing all the moving parts of the purchase. There are an increasing number of online estate agencies but having an ongoing point of contact you can meet and build trust with made such a big difference. I would highly recommend Jamie and his team at Frost Staines.

I purchased my house through Frost and they were excellent, if I ever move again I would definitely use them. I dealt with Daragh who was great at keeping me updated and chasing different parties when it felt like nothing was moving. I think the chain would have collapsed if it weren't for Frost's involvement.
