Our house was a difficult let and wasn't sure what to do with the property. The agent I dealt with is Andy Thomson in Staines branch. I was buying and Andy was just amazing. I appreciate ultimately his interest was completing the sale for the vendors but Andy did everything he could to help me with all the issues I experienced with the sale of my own property. He chased my rubbish conveyancer when I was on nightshifts and advised me on so many things. He is down to earth and I felt he was very honest about everything. I can’t thank him enough for his support throughout the whole process. I really felt like he had not only the vendors but my own interest in mind which is unusual and refreshing as I met a lot of estate agents in my search to find a property and Andy is by far the best I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
