At first they seam expensive but they worked really hard to overcome our sale problems. I couldn't ask for more. Special mention to Jamie and Andy. Thanks. ..Merci. ...
Professional, serious, helpful. Everything that you need from an agency. When we had an issue in the house, it was dealt quickly. First good experience I ever had with a lettings agency.
I had been a landlord of a property in The Oaks, Staines for 10 years. When it came time to sell I engaged the Agent who was managing the letting process for me.. Their service was unfortunately appalling and grossly unprofessional so I transferred the sale to Frosts. The difference in the Agents was amazing. Frosts were professional, kept me fully informed of the interest in the property, gave me feedback on each viewing and kept the sale moving along at a great pace. They made it all seem so easy; even helping me clear out the flat when the sale closed. I only wish I had engaged Frosts sooner.
As a tenant the experience with Frost wasn't that great. Luckily we hardly had any maintenance issues while in their properties, and our landlords have always been hands-on and brilliant at getting things done themselves. The low review is based purely on their organisation and management. We would get six month inspection emails quarterly, dates would be mixed up and they would confirm one date with us and another with the landlord, landlord requests would be agreed and then forgotten leaving it to us, the tenants, to remind them. Even after vacating we received another email requesting an inspection and we had to remind them that we had vacated already and were waiting for them to sort the deposit dilapidation's. After vacating we received an email saying £210.00 would be deducted from our deposit for missing items, not a lot of money, but all the items were in the property. Luckily the landlord confirmed this with them again so that they could remove these charges. We were then promised the deposit refund would be received within 5 working days, we received this 9 days later after chasing and was told it was because their accounts department missed the email confirming release. They aren't horrible, they're just not an organised professional company.
This is an anonymous review - upon viewing I was assured that I will be taken care of and amenities provided will be received in the Berkeley development. Everything seemed to be fine up until one week after move-in, where the behaviour of the estate agents changed dramatically - particularly Laura. At the beginning, she behaved with the utmost respect, one of the main reasons for us going with her and the property she showed. But as soon as the first 2 weeks past, she’s ignoring messages and phone calls - often declining them instantly during office hours and NOT calling back. Upon discussion with the development management in the first few weeks, it seems as though The Frost Partnership did not follow the correct procedures to grant the tenancy and it was implied by management that many loopholes were used. After a few weeks have passed, she is speaking with the guarantor on the phone extremely rudely - even when it is an important matter. It is a dramatic change in behaviour from what we first witnessed. From all of this, I am able to come to a conclusion that this specific estate agent lures customers in and then stops communications with them when they feel like it. It is the most utterly fake and disgusting thing that I have witnessed, especially when we had so much trust and respect for her. It is very disappointing, but more often the true colours of estate agents are released after initial payments have been made. There are other reviews mentioned on the site about the loopholes this partnership likes to use. Quite frankly, the point of this ANONYMOUS review is that I’d just like to warn all users to be careful, know what you’re signing up for and make sure to keep no expectation for any assistance afterwards, because that is the reality I have faced. I’ve used a different email to one that’s registered to maintain anonymity, however I can safely say that The Frost Partnership has done me wrong, have very unethical practices and I hope that upper management views this so this can be corrected. Although this may not make much difference, before considering going with this estate agent I hope you read this review - so you aren’t lured with fake respect like I was.
Be warned. Under handed dealings. Property advertised online, enquiry made over phone and told unable to conduct viewings as no key has yet been received, 3 calls made by 3 individuals all with same response. Enquiry by email, response a few days later to say no longer available as block viewing conducted and offer accepted. I wouldn’t use this agent in the future with any of my rental properties or purchases. Interesting response from Frost….. picture attached shows an incoming call from their offices to my phone 🧐
