Frosts were just amazing. Ella Loveless listened to what we were looking for, which was a bungalow and as soon as one came on, she rang us straight away to arrange a viewing. Our offer was accepted and we were kept informed all the way through the negotiations, and 4 months later we have moved into our dream home.
