I have been a landlord with Martin & Co for several years now and have always been happy with the fully managed service they provide. Recently I have dealt with Dan who helped me understand a plumbing issue and made me feel totally confident that the contractor he recommended wouldn't over charge and the work would be thoroughly checked over before the work was paid for. I was surprised that any estate agent would have this kind of maintenance knowledge and since found out he was previously a contractor himself. Dan, Lynn and in the past Skye and Maria are a credit to the office and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I needed a new fridge as the one in my property stopped working. It was quite late in the day when I contacted them so I want not expecting a response, however I was contacted promptly.
