New management has changed everything!

I’ve been renting for Martin and Co. for over a year now. Prior to May 2021, communicating and working with the estate agents was a real challenge with emergency maintenance needs being unresolved for weeks, no communication, no follow up, having to send emails and make calls frequently in hopes of getting a reply, and lack of documentation. However, Doreen Rose took over ownership and management on 1st May 2021 and things have improved 100%! Communication is consistent, clear, and timely. Maintenance requests are acknowledged usually within an hour, and follow up/informative emails are sent by the end of the business day. Doreen obviously cares about giving her clients exceptional service and has been very conscientious and attentive, making me feel — for the first time — valued as a tenant. I’m now exceptionally happy to be renting through Martin and Co.!
