Doreen Rose, the new owner as of 1st May 2021, has turned everything around at Martin and Co. Staines! I’ve been renting through this location for over a year and felt largely ignored by the estate agents before her management. Previously, communication was difficult and non-responsive, maintenance requests were ignored or getting them actioned required constant prodding on my part, and I was at one time without a boiler and hot water for more than two weeks. The previous management did not care. Doreen’s management has changed ALL of this! She stays in contact and keeps communication open, clear, and timely. Maintenance requests are acknowledged within an hour and she follows up by the end of the day to ensure I am informed with what actions are being taken. I now feel valued as a tenant! Doreen’s management shows that she cares about providing excellent service and a wonderful experience for her clients. I am now very happy to be a Martin and Co. tenant!

Hi there, I have been looking for house for my mum, and Doreen was the first person who dealt with us until now she been very helpful and professional and her quick reply for email text and calls etc have made my life easier to communicate with them. She is very lovely and very polite, thank you for all your help finding a place for my mum. The process itself was actually very easy believe due she is very organised and straight on point, thank you again Doreen. I have also dealt with Imran, who have been very helpful and keep us updated with any issues we had and any appointments we got etc. Overall I will say the experience myself and my mum had with Martin&co is been excellent, thank you for everything you guys do and have done.
