The whole process of selling our house was made so much less stressful by having Rachel & Mike involved. Their professionalism, communication and even creativity from start to finish were exceptional. There was never a time when we didn’t know what was happening or where we were in the process. Mike updated us whenever anything happened or needed to be done, even when there wasn’t an update, just to let us know where we were, what we were waiting for and why. Mike even made himself available evenings and weekends when needed. Honestly, above and beyond doesn’t cover it. They were prompt, professional, and kind and they even helped out after the keys were exchanged. Rachel & Mike are just wonderful people who obviously care a great deal about what they do and the people they work with. We didn't have to deal with viewings, everything was done in one open day, and even when the offer we initially accepted withdrew, he already had a back up plan which resulted in us actually recieving more for our property than the original offer. Mike and the team at EweMove Stafford are amazing. Would recommend them time and time again! We found our dream house before ours was currently on the market.
