Mike went way beyond what was expected of him in terms of helping us to complete the sale of my sister in law’s property. I would highly recommend him as an estate agent and also to take his recommendation on solicitor choice which I wish we had done and would most likely have been both cheaper and much more efficient in terms of keeping us informed on the property sale progress.

Where do I start?! I thought I'd look through all the other reviews first to see how they worded their reviews and it looks like it's all already been said! I'd certainly place him way above the other well-known local agents for honesty, integrity and getting the job done. If you don't want to be kept informed or be listened to then choose someone else with their fancy brochures. If you don't want someone personable that will give you quality advice then use one of those Stafford agents with an 'award winning photographer' or one that has a window in town that boasts about how many houses they've sold. I'd definitely choose Mike 'the hat' again and recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Mike is right when he says Ewe move don't just sell your house, they help you move! I'd been on the market with another estate agent for 12 weeks before speaking with Mike at Ewe move. Although I had viewings, the communication and customer service I'd received from the previous EA was awful. Ewe move took the nicest photos of my house, alongside a promotional video. I would use Mike and EweMove again!, we was with a larger and "popular" estate agent for about 4 months who did practically zero to get the property sold, then went with EweMove and from the get go, Mike was suggesting and give advice on how to get it over then line and after being with him for a week we had a buyer, then during the sale process the normal(ish) headaches and issue, Mike again came through and got answers when we needed them. 100% recommend EweMove and Mike.
