100% Recommended. Mike is an absolutely fantastic estate agent. He made our house move incredibly seamless, and did nearly all of the hard work for us. The photos and property description was top notch, the listing on various online portal was also very high quality, especially when I compared it to some of my neighbours. We got over asking (and asked for over what other estate agents were even willing to list it at) and I believe a large part of this was how well marketed the property was. I was expecting the move to be stressful and I think without Mike it probably would have been, but he made everything so much easier (photos, viewings, offers, negotiations, solicitor chasing). He did a huge amount of chasing various solicitors and other estate agents down in the final stages of the sale to ensure everything completed on time. Mike service is worth every penny.
