Mike has been nothing short of a godsend whilst we have been selling our home. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we were experiencing issues with the vendors we purchased from, Mike went above and beyond and actually helped us deal with those issues too, even though he didn't have to. We didn't have to deal with viewings, everything was done in one open day, and even when the offer we initially accepted withdrew, he already had a back up plan which resulted in us actually recieving more for our property than the original offer. He's straight talking without legal jargon and breaks everything down that's needed. Even when I had an unexpected death to deal with during everything, he dealt with my tantrums and kept us much calmer. Had we not had his support, I doubt we would be in our new home now.
