Mike has been nothing short of a godsend whilst we have been selling our home. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we were experiencing issues with the vendors we purchased from, Mike went above and beyond and actually helped us deal with those issues too, even though he didn't have to. We didn't have to deal with viewings, everything was done in one open day, and even when the offer we initially accepted withdrew, he already had a back up plan which resulted in us actually recieving more for our property than the original offer. He's straight talking without legal jargon and breaks everything down that's needed. Even when I had an unexpected death to deal with during everything, he dealt with my tantrums and kept us much calmer. Had we not had his support, I doubt we would be in our new home now. If you are someone that feels they probably don’t really need an estate agent, that they are all much of a muchness and it’s best to go with the one that values your property the highest… we would completely understand. In fact until we met Mike @ EweMove we would of challenged, you might as well use purple bricks, do the work yourself and save some money! But….then we met Mike - well he was recommended by so many friends that we agreed we would get him up for a valuation and see what all the fuss was about! Right from the initial enquiry the experience has been different, Mike truly goes above and beyond to ensure the property enters the market in the right way (who knew this was a thing) at the right time and at the right price (not just the highest price, this just causes issues later down the line) He has changed our view of estate agents, well that might be a step too far, but Mike isn’t an estate agent, we have found him to be so much more! The images were a little different with a fresh look & the video & social marketing to go with the listing are unrivalled. We honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough, worth every penny & he will be there from you from start to finish.

Mike at Ewe Move in Stafford has been amazing from start to finish. Not only is he really knowledgeable in sales and marketing properties, but whatever we have asked of him he went above and beyond! From the amazing video of our property to the open day to doing all the viewings for us, Mike has been on hand 24/7. We believe it’s unfair that our sale has been passed back to our old agents as our buyer was from their enquiry, this had to be the case. Especially as we asked them for an open day and proper video of the house (both which they refused to do for us) and they had our property for 12+ weeks with no sale, whereas Mike from Ewe Move got us the sale amount we wanted in 2 weeks!
