You made the online enquiry on the Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend, and left a 1* review on the Bank Holiday Monday. My staff work hard and deserve time off with their families! The office responded on the Tuesday and offered you viewings. I note from your numerous 1* reviews a recurring theme - Belvoir Stafford certainly did not deserve the review given the timeline and subsequent assistance with your property search.

Not a very good service if you rent. Be prepared for a wait for any service you need to get repaired
