Simply flawless service from everyone at Belvoir Stafford. I initially rented my property through Goodchilds in Stafford. As they were taken over from Belvoir Wolverhampton, the Goodchilds Stafford branch closed and my property was taken over by Goodchilds in Rugeley but managed by Belvoir Wolverhampton. As it became apparent it was a recipe for disaster. No regular inspections were carried out and now that my tenant moved out, both Goodchilds and Belvoir Wolverhampton are denying any knowledge of the property. As a result, my old tenant cannot get his deposit back and I haven’t been given any payment for works required on the house as he moved out. Naturally, they don’t reply to e-mails and all phone calls have proved fruitless. On the bright side, I came in contact with staff at Belvoir Stafford. Literally the day before I was due to deploy for 4 months Adrian, the agency manager Adrian, booked me in for a chat (on his day off!) to see if there was anything he could do to help. Without any pressure, he explained what services he could provide and it became apparent that both Goodchilds and Belvoir Wolverhampton had failed in many areas within the agreement I had with them...too many to list to be honest! Following a really informative conversation with Adrian, my wife and I agreed to allow Belvoir Stafford to start looking after our property. This turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The house was put on the market straight away, they contacted my current tenant to gain access to the property in order to assess if any works were required. Within a couple of weeks, they gave us a list of jobs which would allow the property to be more competitive on the letting market, they provided us with competitive quotes and as we accepted them, they got them all completed within a week, a few days ahead of schedule! They booked at least twenty viewing within about two weeks and we now have a new tenant moving in a few days. In addition, they gave their time to listen to my wife’s concerns as she carried on struggling with Goodchilds and Wolverhampton Belvoir. They offered her advice and moral support throughout when they were not obliged to. It was of great relief for myself as I am currently working away and had to leave my wife to deal with it all. I would wholeheartedly recommend Belvoir Stafford to everyone letting a property in the area and please don’t be confused, they have nothing to do with Belvoir Wolverhampton or Goodchilds. Finally, I take this opportunity to pass my genuine thanks to Adrian, Carol, Sandra and Susan. They delivered much more than they promised and nowadays it is refreshing to see a team so genuinely dedicated to customer satisfaction!

The staff at Belvoir were great from start to finish, always happy to help with inquiries I had and sorted everything very quickly. Even after I left the property they were a great help with their aftercare.

Belvoir have been fantastic. As a tenant I have had some bad experiences with agents, it is so nice to have a positive and enjoyable experience with this agency. They have gone out of their way to make my move as easy as possible. They genuinely care about the tenant, and I'm sure they do the same for their landlords. I can't sing their praises high enough. The most kindest and caring

The most kindest and caring estate agents I've ever been in contact with. If it wasn't for Belvoir myself and daughter would've been homeless. Sold my property, purchase of new fell through, Belvoir found not just a property but a home for my daughter and I within less than a week, the team really went out of their way to help us find a home in a perfect location. I had contacted numerous estate agents with my predicament, but only Belvoir could find me a home and moved in within 5 days. I have been living in my home now for 6months and Belvoir have continued to shine, I reported a leaky tap and it was replaced in a couple of days. I've requested to redecorate a couple of rooms, consent was given the following day. If I was a landlord I'd definitely want to use Belvoir, they take care of the house as if it were their own home. Despite the quick turnaround, Belvoir was very thorough in doing checks against myself, taking loads of pictures of the property, when I have my regular checks, again they take loads of pics, you know Belvoir are very particular. I will and do, definitely recommend Belvoir to both landlords and those wishing to rent not just a house but a home.

I cant give these ladies enough credit, they have been very helpful and patient throughout my move.. nothing was to much trouble and they have made moving house a lot easier than I have previously experienced! They have gone above and beyond! There is really not enough stars! Fabulous service!
