Well, what can I say? Excellent sums it up! My wife and I were looking for a property in Stafford in January 2020 and spoke to a number of agents throughout the area. Over numerous conversations with Sandra, Geoff, Adrian and other members of the team the service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they even set up online viewings for us. They were very honest with us, which we valued and hence why we gave them our business. Consistently good

After receiving various levels of service from property management companies over the last six years we switched to Belvoir and have been very happy with them. Specifically with the way Sandra looks after our property and she always seems very fair with the tenants. Even throughout the lockdown Belvoir have assisted with all issues as they have arisen. I would recommend entrusting your rental property to their care.

We bought our 1st home

We bought our 1st home through Belvoir. They were very thorough, kept us informed at all stages. Highly recommended. Geoff went above and beyond for us.

We took the plunge to finally buy our first home. Not knowing what to expect was a daunting prospect! However, Belvoir, helped us all the way through the process. Right from the initial negotiations through to answering everyone one of our constant questions and reassuring us when things were being held up.The daily updates were fantastic as you knew where both parties of the transaction constantly were at, which was a constant relief. All the additional viewings we asked for weren't an issue, all arranged for a time that always suited us. Belvoir understood our urgency due to our new arrival due in a a couple of weeks, so pushed to make the process go through as quickly as it could. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience especially for our first house purchase. If you have the pleasure of dealing with Geoff, then you will not be disappointed! They really do go above and beyond. We could not recommend them more.

The best estate

Belvoir Stafford are earnestly professional and at the same time very genuine and supportive. I also found their communication to be direct and clear as they explained everything to us fully right from the start. I am grateful to Sandra, Julie and the team who have been amazing with our move.
