I rented a property though them for the first time in 2011, and after a short break came straight back to them. I've used a few of the letting agents in stafford over my 9 years and have had some awful experiences, including being evicted for asking for basic improvements to a property such as getting rid of the damp! The staff at Belvoir are the only ones I have had the pleasure to rent from who actually care about the Tennant. They go above and beyond to ensure you get fair treatment, act quickly with repairs, and keep on top of inspections, working with you to ensure Tennant and landlord will be happy. Supportive and nothing is too much trouble I have relocated for work and they found me a nice property that is 7 minutes from work and also takes my 2 beautiful English bullsmastiffs.
