This reference is very specifically about SOPHIE EDWARDS. Sophie made contact with me having discovered that my wife and I were looking to move from our house in Ickwell, possibly into the St Neots/Cambridgeshire area. Estate agents unfortunately have a reputation for being 'pushy'. not listening to what you say you are looking for, and far more interested in simply selling you properties that they have 'on their books'. They also appear to lose the ability to hear when you tell them about not 'harassing' you with phone calls! From my experience over the last 12 months, this reputation is entirely deserved!! With the exception of a couple of folk, one of whom was SOPHIE. Sophie LISTENED, heard, understood what we agreed, and acted accordingly. She kept in touch periodically, as we had agreed, and she kept me up-to-speed with possible dwellings. Our plans changed several times over the months, but this did not phase Sophie at all. In the end, we have not purchased a house through Thomas Morris, essentially because our purchase palns have taken a different journey. So Sophie's best efforts on our behalf did not bring her any financial reward. However, I do hope that she will take some reward from knowing that she is excellent in her work, operating with courtesy, honesty, integity - and a good sense of humour! A real professional. I highly recommend her to future clients, and wish her every personal and professional success in her futrure.
