I’m left with mixed feelings having completed on my property sale with Thomas Morris. When the property first went to market, I felt a real lack of motivation to achieve viewings. Weeks would pass without any updates on listing views or enquiries, unless we did the chasing. I was also left disgruntled having been sold ‘Thomas Morris conveyancing’ which is actually just a badged up third party, and of no real benefit. Simon was understanding, and easy to negotiate with. This review is positive due to the contribution of Jenny, once an offer had been accepted. Despite the constant bumps in the road, she was persistently chasing solicitors and agents, keeping everyone on their toes. I don’t think we’d have reached completion without her contribution, so thank you!
