Since I have started renting this property in Sawtry, I have managed to build a working and friendly relationship with a young lady named Rosie Burke at the office in St Neots. Anytime I have an issue I just call and speak with Rosie, who gets back to me within 48 hours with an answer depending if this a work day. Thomas Morris have been fair, polite, courteous and helpful throughout my tenure and long may that continue. I am updated regularly, by emails and even calls from Rosie to male sure all is ticking along and for conformation of when repairs are to be carried out and for permission to give contractors my details. Twice yearly my rented abode is visited and inspected by the delightful Sharon Sculpher, Eaton Socon Branch. I cannot speak more highly of her professionalism and warmth. Her smile and charm would light up any room of the house ! Always on time and thorough in her duties. Whatever sporadic, little problems I have are ALWAYS dealt with by the speed resembling a click of a finger which suggests to me that she also works with a team who provide the very best of service in their field. I am a tenant in a property managed by Thomas Morris. The staff who I have dealt with since moving in have always been polite, efficient and kind in dealing with any queries or problems. We are inspected once every three months to make sure the property is safe and habitable by the lovely Ms Scott who is conscientious, good -humored and always listens to any problems and potential issues and isn't just going through the motions.. - a rare trait. Highly recommended.
